Built in stages from 2019 to 2022, Waterleaf at Neely Ferry offers upscale living for Springville’s rapidly growing population, boasting convenient transport access to many of the area’s major employers. The property was acquired by Professional Equity Management, or PEM, in March 2025 for $78.5 million.
The CBRE team engaged with multiple investors to facilitate a smooth transaction and timely close through challenging market conditions.
