Found in the heart of Long Beach’s artsy East Village, the Greenleaf Hotel is a cozy boutique hotel in a very lively neighborhood. Plentiful shopping and dining options are around every corner. The city’s namesake beach is within easy walking distance, as well as waterfront attractions like Shoreline Village and the Aquarium of the Pacific. The Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center is just minutes away, within sight of the world-famous Queen Mary II ocean liner.

STRATEGY

Magnuson Hotels has partnered with Accommovision to showcase a select group of their midscale hotel properties across the United States. At each property, we capture a wide array of promotional video and photo content for use in Magnuson’s websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

As part of our initial marketing project, each selected Magnuson Hotel was featured in two promotional videos: a Hotel Overview for travelers and a Hotelier Profile to share testimonials from hotel owners.

HOTEL OVERVIEW

This video offers a detailed tour of the Greenleaf Hotel including rooms, public areas, and event spaces. The presentation is rounded out with a variety of shots showcasing local attractions, like Shoreline Village, Pine Avenue, and the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center..

HOTELIER PROFILE

In this video, we interview Alka Patel, owner of the Greenleaf Hotel. She discusses her first year as a member of the Magnuson family, showing how easy it was to convert and how that decision has helped her hotel business to grow.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We shot a full set of exterior and interior photos for this property, allowing our client to select a finished set from over 200 original shots. The final edited photo set appears on the Magnuson Hotels brand website and across their online distribution network, including OTAs and social media platforms.

DISTRIBUTION
