Built in 1992, The Reserve at River Walk offers crucial workforce housing for Columbia’s rapidly growing population, boasting convenient transport access to many of the area’s major employers. The property was acquired by Lakeland Capital in late 2024 for an undisclosed amount.
The Northstar team engaged with multiple investors to facilitate a smooth transaction and timely close through challenging market conditions.
