STRATEGY
Boasting five categories of brightly decorated rooms, the Ithaca does South Beach in style. The marketing team wanted to show off the beauty of each room type, as well as highlight the hotel’s proximity to beach and South Pointe Park. On a limited budget, we were able to efficiently shoot a full property and neighborhood tour in less than three days – delivering a Hotel Overview and five Room Tours for the hotel website and YouTube channel.

In order to get these videos viewed by the widest possible audience, we helped the Ithaca South Beach embed their Hotel Overview onto the main page of their hotel website. In addition, we advised them on creating a YouTube channel for maximum online exposure. These videos attracted thousands of views every year until the property was sold to new investors in 2021.
