Ever the innovators in the hospitality space, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has always been at the forefront of hotel marketing. The luxury brand has set itself apart by reinventing the guest experience through innovation and consistently evolving to anticipate the needs of business and leisure travelers. With this in mind, the Four Seasons Miami reached out to us in 2013 to produce a full series of promotional videos for their hotel website and social media.

STRATEGY

With thousands of travelers visiting the Four Seasons Miami website each month, the marketing team wanted to deliver a series of videos that covered the entire guest experience. Originally produced in 2013, this full suite of marketing videos was intended to last the property five years. Today, it remains in use by Four Seasons as the flagship videos for the property, earning thousands of views per year.

HOTEL OVERVIEW

Designed to be the hotel’s main video, this general overview video covers the entire Four Seasons Miami experience. Enticing shots of guest rooms, amenities, and fine dining combine to showcase the exquisite attention to detail that Four Seasons guests can expect.

HOTEL OVERVIEW – SUITE PROMO

This reimagining of the original Hotel Overview was produced for a suite experience package promoted on a variety of social platforms. The faster pace and focus on amenities invites a younger demographic to enjoy the luxury and top-notch service that the Four Seasons Miami has to offer.

EDGE STEAK & BAR

Being such a popular restaurant for guests and locals alike, we knew that EDGE Steak & Bar needed its own video. Here, we focus on the charming Australian Chef Aaron Brooks and his tireless dedication to the farm-to-table movement.

MEETINGS & EVENTS

Designed to attract wedding and group business, this video takes viewers on a detailed walkthrough of all meeting spaces. Each space is clearly labeled and exquisitely presented in different configurations for the benefit of remote meeting planners.

PREMIER ONE-BEDROOM SUITE

With a commanding view of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, the Premier suites at Four Seasons Miami are more luxury apartment than guest room. A spacious living area is complimented by an opulent master bath, guest powder room, and attached pantry to satisfy even the most discerning guests.

ONE-BEDROOM BAY VIEW SUITE

These spacious corner suites offer more than 1,000 sq. ft. of unparalleled comfort with an inviting living room, full marble bathroom, and a guest powder room.

BAY VIEW ROOM

Perfect for leisure or business travelers, these well-appointed rooms offer an executive desk, plush bedding, and an unbeatable view of Biscayne Bay’s crystal blue waters.

DISTRIBUTION

In order to get these videos viewed by the right people, the Four Seasons Miami began by embedding each of them directly into the Gallery page of the hotel website. This ensures that a majority of website visitors see the videos, since the Gallery page is always one of the most heavily trafficked pages on any hotel website. In addition, Four Seasons also added each video to the brand YouTube page, resulting in many thousands of views each year!
